Truly a sportsman's paradise offering superb fishing and hunting beyond the automobile route.
Gosenda Lodge is a family run fly-in camp on an isolated point of land at the north end of beautiful Kapuskasing Lake in Northern Ontario, Canada.
Kapuskasing Lake and the three large rivers, Kapuskasing, Chapleau, and Nemegosenda, all of which are easily reached from the camp, teem with northern pike, walleye, bass, perch and whitefish.
Founded by Nelson Glazier in 1937, with a tent and a canoe, Gosenda Lodge has been a family owned and operated business for over 85 years.
The camp has grown from it's humble beginnings and at one point included a number of outpost camps. Currently Gosenda operates out of the original site and includes 3 housekeeping cabins that can accommodate up to 22 guests.
Your hosts, Dave & Daphne and Richard & Evelyn, will be pleased to welcome you to their little slice of heaven.
Dave and Daphne Glazier
We have recently taken over operation of the business from Dave's parents and look forward to welcoming past and future guests.
Richard and Evelyn Glazier
Rick and Ev ran Gosenda Lodge from 1979 until recently. They continue to be involved and spend a lot of their time in the summer at the camp.
