Fishing License
A fishing license is required for the province of Ontario and can be obtained using this link:
***Helpful hints:
· there is an 8-day license option for non residents of Canada.
· An Outdoors card must be selected prior to adding your license.
What to bring:
- Food for the week - plan and coordinate your meals, you will probably eat less than you think (guests are responsible for cooking their own meals)
- Clothing (rain gear, warm and cool weather wear)
- Beverages (cans or plastic only) ***a case of 24 cans weighs 25lbs
- Fishing gear
- Fishing License
- Personal items (toiletries, medications)
- Beach towels
- Flashlights (not just a cellphone)
- Sunscreen, bug spray, mosquito coils
- Charging cords (if you decide to bring electronics)
- Indoor footwear (slippers / flip flops)
Mind the weight, guests are allocated 100 lbs / person for the flight.

If you need any last minute items, or a bite to eat, the town of Foleyet is located 5 miles east of Ivanhoe Lake. Foleyet has a LCBO (liquor and beer store), General store with fuel, and the Northern Lights Restaurant.

Although the lodge is located on Kapuskasing Lake guests will drive to Ivanhoe Lake, near Foleyet, Ontario.

Your hosts home, at 110 Ivanhoe Lake Rd, is the staging and parking area before your flight to the Lodge. It is a couple doors down from the airbase.
